Our very nice neighbors said we could have all the carrots we wanted from their garden...they had a LOT!! Jerry helped me dig up most of them the other day and this is what I did with them today. :)

ReplyDeleteGood for you! I have to research for next year doing pressure canning on my outdoor propane stove. Can't do in on the glass-topped range... Did the horses, goats, etc. get any??? :)

ReplyDeleteYou say Southeast Arizona...somewhere around Douglas then maybe? We lived in Tucson for 10 years before relocating to the Gulf Coast....I LOVE AZ!!!
