Flower Art Friday - 09/28/2012


The roses have been blooming again this week and I wanted to show them off for the Friday memes. I took a bunch of pictures trying to come up with something that really made me say hmmm. I finally settled on these two. I like them but, eh, not my favorites... LOL!!


We have been enjoying the roses on the fireplace mantle anyway! :)

    it's funny, since I BEgan playing with PSE8 and expanding my use of it, many of my NOT-SO-GOOD photos are coming in VERY HANDY. I love these roses, both ways. and the runes are a curious and wondrous touch.

    Oh, you have some beautiful roses! I have just a few left on one bush....cut the dead blooms off the other three. I need to read about how to ready them for cold weather, though. Last winter was mild enough that my two rose bushes did fine on the back porch.

    Oh I can never get enough of roses! Yours are lovely! I see you are from Southeast Arizona....I'm from Phoenix....and I'm loving how my roses are doing this time of year. :) You have a lovely blog (I'm a new follower) and I can't wait to look around your place some more.

    I am SOOOO behind with you Candy, and have been missing your wonderful posts! These roses are so gorgeous! I am impressed by the artistry of what you come up with for Flower Art Friday. I don't feel like my photography is "up to snuff" so I don't join in, but I sure enjoy what I see! Lovely!
