Tuesday Muse - 08/27/2013

How could anyone not love these cheerful faces?! I love these roadside 'weeds' so much that I had Jerry stop the car the other day so I could cut some to enjoy in the house. :)

Joining Nancy for Tuesday Muse.

They are beautiful! Quite a few years ago, the state reseeded our ditches with wildflowers. It does make them very pretty.

The flowers of the Balsamroot, aren't they? Ours are the earliest "wild" blooming out in the open here....I always thought they were a sunflower until I researched them. Lovely editing, Candy!

They are so wonderful the way they wave at every single passing car. I never get enough looking at them.

Love to pick "weeds" and place in a ball jar. We had neighbors over the other night for dinner and he said "I see you are using our weeds from the field for decorating!" I said YEP!!!! :-) I mean who says they are weeds? They are pretty!
