Oh Christmas Tree!

Our house isn't very big; in fact, there is really no place to put a 6-foot tall tree! This is my alternative. I bought this set of three pre-lit trees six or seven years ago and they still look great! They are 4-foot, 3-foot and 2-foot tall. Even though we don't have children at home, I like the primitive-homespun look when it comes to decorating. By the way, that is our pass-through fireplace behind the trees! :)

I wanted to show ya'll my collection of Christmas animals, including seven mooses! :)

I like the big guy in the back, he has on his plaid jacket and cap with earflaps!

I finally made this guy last year after having the pattern laying around for about five years!

I also crocheted a bunch of snowflakes last year to decorate the two smaller trees.

Well, that's the "tree" and the rest of my mooses, later in the week I'll show ya'll our porch after it has been decorated! :)

My Mom had a set of those trees and they lined the room. That is until Dad's dog got em... Yours look GREAT. I really like your moose collection too, especially the ornament you made last year. Too cute. Have a great evening. Thank you for sharing your lovely Christmas decor.

What a clever idea for a small space!

CUTE animals! Our first house also had no place to put a "normal" tree and so we did something very similar. I think we might have even bought the same set?? Great minds think alike, you know!

I love the idea of a cluster of small trees instead of one large one. The moose are adorable!

I like the informal woodsy look of your cluster of little trees.

I have the same pair of moose(s) the girl and boy, bean bag type. Sometime in the 1980's Country Living Magazine had a tree decorated with teddy bears. I finally did one several years ago for a couple of years, I took a fake tree, left it "droopy" vs. spreading the limbs out. Then I tied Teddy Bears and a few other stuffed animals on with ribbons. Then pulled random branches up between the animals.

Teresa and Kateri,
It's my own personal little forest here in the high desert! ;-)

Tombstone Livestock,
I tried that one year with my little trees but opted for putting "everyone" under the trees instead!
