I saw this project on the Good Housekeeping website this week and since I dont have a whole lot of just "fall" decorations, I decided to give it a try. It was quick and easy and they even have downloadable templates available for the leaf shapes. If you have some kids to help you cut the leaves out it would be even faster! ;-)
I probably could have made it a little "drapier" but I didn't feel like restringing the whole thing. I also used yarn instead of dental floss because I liked the look and figured the leaves wouldn't slide around as much. Jerry even gave it a thumbs up! :)

These turned out great.
What a nice job you did! Very fallish and festive! And I love that bird sculpture - is it made out of nails?
That's so cute!
that is cute but i am completely enamored by your little bird/crow thing!!!
This is darling! Did you use fall scrapbook paper or fabric for your leaves?
That is lovely. I like the string too.
Really cute- I could even string that up at work!
Cute! Turned out really great.
CUTE! but...your luck is running out of your horse-shoe. I know...because mine is upside down, and my luck ran out a long time ago!
HAPPY FALL Y'ALL!

Oh I really like this. Colourful and cool. I like the yarn better than dental floss I like this. B
Cute, I like the fabric!

I love it! :)
Very pretty garland! I love the fabrics that you used :)
Hey I like them! What a neat idea. I love the fall colors and the leaves are great!
Candy that is really cute!
It is beautiful! But where's your Halloween??? :)
It's wonderful, Candy! years and years ago I made pumpkin placemats for my sister, and planned to make fall leaf coasters, but I just couldn't get them to "turn" and look good. Didn't have a pattern, or anything, and gave it up. Yours look fantastic! Think about the coasters. That would be cute, too.
