I finally remembered to take my camera with me yesterday so that I could share one of the neat older churches in Bisbee with InSPIREd Sunday hosted by Sally and Beth. This is the Community Church in Bisbee, AZ and I really like the detail of the brickwork on the left. We can hear the bell at the Farmer's Market a block or so away as it marks the hours.

REALLY pretty! love the criss-cross pattern!
That is really pretty. I wonder why they didn't do the whole church that way.
Very pretty- love the detailing and the bell!
awesome church - curious - couple questions - the diamond design is that done by the bricks or what gives it that look? were you able to get up close?
i would love to see it in person. love the blue skies - looks like an awesome day! ( :
so many great details on this one. a real keeper. thanks, for linking up with us this week. you take care.
What a lovely church! I love the brickwork, too, and also the work around the doorway.
Is this the same Bisbee mentioned in some of J.A. Jance's books?
Love that pattern...very unique.
Oh Candy I love the Church it is beautiful. B
That church IS unusual.
I have never been to Bisbee . . (I'm sorry to say) - I'm sure I'd like it.
Thank you for the view.

That's an interesting pattern- how pretty.
Love the Southwestern design. Pretty!
That is beautiful!
Fabulous patterns in the brick. I really appreciate those brick layers talent more and more when I see things like this!
It's such a beautiful color...and all that fabulous brickwork is so artistic!
It's a great church, Candy! I like the brickwork too! And don't you just love hearing church bells.
This is a pretty cool looking church. I too think the brick work pattern is pretty neat.
Ooooh, so pretty and unique! The brick work is really neat!
Very creative brick work, I like it!
The brickwork is outstanding, yet it seems at odds with the southwestern style. I've never seen anything like it. I like it!
Thanks for sharing it in InSPIREd Sunday!
Glad we're getting to see some church architecture from different parts of the country. Your selection is so different from my parts in the details from the window to the bell tower--maybe some Spanish influence? Like everyone else, intrigued by the brick gridwork--very ornamental.
Candy, I like that detailing too. You have inspired me to plan a project taking pictures of churches - or maybe close ups of architectural details. Would make a nice photo book. Cheers
