Today, I am thankful for...
...my beautiful Alpine doe, Madeline, and all the lovely milk she gives me every day! I always make sure I tell her "thank you" when we are finished milking and give her extra lovin'. This is the milk she gave me this morning.

awww. sweet!!!
Oh, I love Alpines! One of my first goats was an Alpine--her name was Coffee and she was so gentle. She had big horns like your goat, just beautiful!
TWG,
She is a sweetie! :)
Julie,
I do love my Alpines, such good milkers!

Looks like Madeline deserves a nice treat once in a while. She is busy and a hard worker. That is a lot of milk.
Do you milk once a day or twice?
Robyn,
I only milk once a day. I could get more milk by milking twice a day but I'm not sure what I would do with even more! LOL!!
What big horns you have my dear!!!
What a good milker! I always thank my girls too. Except Helen, and her I saw, "Ha, I told you I'd milk you," because she's a brat. :-)
Ohhhhhhhh I am soooo jealous. What a good goat to provide such a blessing for you.
Nancy,
LOL!!
Teresa,
Madeline can be a brat when she is in full heat, I usually just skip milking that day!
Kristina,
She sure is a good milker! :)
Pretty girl... love goat milk. I'm gonna be sad when I have to dry off Tulip & Star, I'll have to do without my goat milk for a few months & get ready for babies :)
Jennifer,
I hate being without my milk that's why I'm going to breed Abigail one year and Madeline the next! ;-)
She is a beautiful goat. :)
Kateri,
Thanks! :)
